The AI and marketing tools we use every week

The tools behind our client work in 2026: AI image and video, Etsy research, search and shopping feeds, ad platforms, and how we build and host sites.

People often ask what we actually use. This is our working stack as of October 2026, grouped by the job each tool does. Tools change quickly, so we'll update this post as our stack changes.

AI images and video

Higgsfield is where we make most AI visuals. It brings together several image and video models, so we can pick the right one for each job: photoreal model shots, product scenes, or short videos for Reels and ads. For client AI photoshoots, the tool is only half of it. The other half is the brief, the selection and the retouching, so the product stays true to life. More on that in AI photoshoots for jewelry brands.

Etsy research and growth

  • eRank for Etsy keyword research, competitor checks and shop benchmarking. It's where AYA Sacred Wear's "top 0.4% of Etsy sellers" ranking comes from.
  • Etsy Stats and Etsy Ads, built into the platform. We read Stats for which listings get views but no sales (usually photos or price), and spend Ads budget on listings that already convert.

Search and shopping

  • Google Search Console to see the queries a site appears for, find indexing problems and submit new pages.
  • Google Merchant Center to put products into free and paid Google Shopping listings.
  • IndexNow, which tells Bing and other search engines about new pages straight away instead of waiting for a crawl.
  • Structured data (schema.org) on every site we build, so search engines and AI assistants understand the business, the services and the FAQs.

Advertising

We run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Ads, plus marketplace ads on Etsy and Amazon. The platform matters less than the creative and the tracking. Without clean conversion data, every platform optimises for the wrong thing.

Websites and stores

  • React and Next.js for custom sites. Philosohouse is a recent example: built from zero as custom code, no templates.
  • Vercel for hosting. It deploys from GitHub, makes preview links for every change and serves sites fast worldwide.
  • Shopify when a brand needs a standard store that its own team can run.
  • Marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee and Tokopedia, depending on where the brand's customers shop.

How we work day to day

We use AI coding and research assistants such as Claude Code to build and test websites faster, run SEO audits and draft content. A person still makes every decision about what ships. AI speeds up the work, but the judgement stays human.
